Mustangs' Braxton Richards Earns Region 15 Division I Men's Soccer Athlete of the Month Selection

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – Braxton Richards of Monroe University – New Rochelle has been named the Region 15 Division I Men's Soccer Athlete of the Month.

Richards netted two goals and delivered just as many assists, for a total of six points, during the month of September. His most notable performance came against Miami Cade College on September 19 when he provided a goal and an assist during Monroe's 2-1 win. 

The sophomore forward logged in the most minutes on the team last month and his exceptional play on both sides of the pitch has led the Mustangs to a 6-4 record to start the year.
