Region 15 Reveals 2026 Men's Volleyball All-Region Team

GARDEN CITY, N.Y. – Region 15 has announced the 2026 All-Region team for men's volleyball. The announcement was made on Saturday evening.

Thomas Wildeman of Nassau Community College was named the Region 15 Men's Volleyball Player of the Year.

Dom Cieleski of Nassau was selected as the Region 15 Setter of the Year.

Roy Cepeda of Monroe University – New Rochelle was declared the Region 15 Defensive Player of the Year. 

Nassau's Nicholas O'Malley has earned Region 15 Coach of the Year recognition.

For Cieleski, Cepeda, and O'Malley, it marked their second straight year earning their respective major award. 

So far this year, Wildeman is averaging 2.49 kills and 2.19 digs per set. He scored 59 service aces and added 18 blocks so far throughout the regular season and the Region 15 Playoffs.

Cieleski has tallied 730 assists this year, including 51 helpers in the Lions' five-set win over Atlantic Cape Community College back on February 3. He tallied at least 40 assists five times this season. 

Cepeda produced 316 digs this season He registered 32 defensive bumps during the Mustangs' five-set win over Union County College of New Jersey back on March 18.

O'Malley led the Lions to a No. 2 ranking in the NJCAA Men's Volleyball National Poll. He guided Nassau to an undefeated record in Region 15 play at 10-0 (20-4 overall). On Saturday, O'Malley helped the Lions capture their second straight Region 15 Championship as well as an automatic bid into the inaugural NJCAA Men's Volleyball Championship Tournament.
