Nassau Men's Lacrosse Ranked Third in NJCAA Preseason Poll

The Nassau Community College men's lacrosse team stands at #3 in the nation in the NJCAA Preseason Poll. With a 9-3 overall record last season, the Lions won the Region XV and North Atlantic District Championship and earned the #2 seed entering the NJCAA tournament. In the semifinal game, Nassau lost to the #3 seed Harford Community College. Harford now stands at #1 in the NJCAA Preseason Poll, and CCBX Essex is #2. Last season, Nassau defeated CCBX Essex 16-14. The Lions have their leading goal scorer returning in Jack Lepore, who scored 38 goals with seven assists last season; he ended the season tied for 10th in the NJCAA in goals scored. Nassau has three NJCAA All-Americans returning from last season: Jack Lepore, Brady Dolan, Elijah Porter.
Nassau opens the 2025 season this Saturday with a home game against Delaware Technical & Community College at Mitchel Athletic Complex at 1 PM.
